Compatibility amongst IoT devices and other systems in the house is not a given. We test many devices for reliability and compatibility so we can help guide you when making these kinds of decisions.

Security
Security includes the alarm system, fire protection, door stations, cameras and access control. Cyber security is an often overlooked component.
Door stations, Video Surveillance, Automated Door Locks, Gate Access control and Alarm Systems are all components of a complete security system.
We’ll make sure all of this works together. If you choose an automation system, we’ll coordinate activities between the components. Use Geolocation to determine when you’ve arrived home. We can unlock doors, gates, light a path of your choosing starting with the outdoors and working through the house, and we’ll start your favorite music for that time of day and season.
Press a button and lock all doors, arm your security system, lower the temperature, close the shades and turn off the lights. Plus, have the system notify you if there’s an issue performing any of those actions. Did you leave a door ajar, no problem, we’ll let you know. Let’s take security beyond the alarm system. Have a favorite security company you work with? No issue, we’ll work with them to ensure everything works together.
Tie it all together with a control system
When you get to this stage of your project, you’ll likely have a lot of different applications running on your mobile device that control all the things in your house.
Sometimes it’s enough to stop there and that’s fine. We call this stage 1. It is important to have a plan before you enter into stage 1 in case you one day wish to take it further.
A control system will help you to bring all the applications running on your phone into a common interface. Control systems will have their own Interfaces that are dedicated for this purpose. They come in a variety of sizes and can be wall mounted, a screen on a table top, a hard button remote and operated on your mobile phone.
In the next phase we create coordinated activities between disparate devices. This is where you may have a Movie time, that turns on a TV or projector, selects a source, sets the surround sound system to the correct inputs, dims lights, closes shades and lowers the temperature. We can really do just about anything you can dream up.
Then comes even more automated features that are tailored to your lifestyle. When you come home the system can do different things, based on time of day, year, the weather, or most any condition we can think of. We’ll guide you along this path and modify actions as you begin to see what is possible and learn how the system works. We allow time for you’re own discovery and will be there when you need us.
